Getting started

This guide assumes you can sign in and that someone already put you in an organization. If you cannot sign in, stop and talk to your administrator. Nothing here creates accounts.

Who should read what

If you triage studies or fix patient demographics, stay in the Horizon worklist chapters. If you read images, spend most of your time in Prism. If you write reports, use Reporting after you open a study in Horizon. If you connect an EMR or HL7 feed, use the integration chapters and treat the rest as background.

You do not need to finish the whole guide. Jump by job.

How the products fit together

Horizon is the clinical app for worklists, patients, and reports. Prism is the viewer that opens when you want images. Lite is for organizations that do not need that Horizon floor. Same look. Less product.

Lite logins are separate from Horizon logins even when the email matches.

How to use the pages

Chapters are short. Headings mark turns. Skim headings and open a section when the title matches the problem in front of you.

If a page feels long, stop at the first heading that answers you and leave.
